ENRIQUE COLLAR

Born in 1964 in Itaugua Guazu, Paraguay.  He is an interdisciplinary artist.  He studied at the National School of Fine Arts “Manuel Belgrano”, Argentina.  In 1988 he integrates the “Mito Real” (Royal Myth) together with the Argentinean painters Carlos Gomez Centurion and Victor Quiroga.  He works at the same time on the field of audio-video.

Last individual exhibitions:  “Otras sensibilidades” (Other sensibilities) at the Cultural Centre of the IDB, Washington D.C.,USA, 1994; VTC House, San Bernardino, Paraguay, 1995.  In 1998 he exhibits at “Hebe” of Petri Ruiz, Art Gallery in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

He has received several prizes during her career as an artist.

In the audiovisual field he directed in 2002 the long film “Mirame no me toquei”, which obtained several rewards.  Presently he lives in Holland.
